Returns and Refund Policy:

At OpeVital Seamoss, we are passionate about providing high quality seamoss products. Given that seamoss is a perishable good, we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a full refund based only on the following contingencies:

  • product has been damaged prior to the receipt of delivery

  • ordering error, e.g., wrong product delivered to consumer

To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with a picture of the defective item. Please email us a copy of your proof at support @opevitalseamoss.com within 30 days of your purchase.
